Make Your Own (Gluten Free) Baking Powder

You can easily make your own baking powder. Often commercially bought baking powder has wheat gluten in it. This recipe is gluten free, wheat free, and very easy to make using ingredients that should be readily available at your grocery store.

Ingredients:
2 parts Cream of Tartar
1 part baking soda
1 part cornstarch

Stir and sift all ingredients together and you’ve got baking powder. Use as normal.
