  1. Thanks so much for featuring my post! Actually, there’s another sort of mindfulness practice I’ll be posting about shortly that has a lot to do with eating, or rather, the urge to eat when we really aren’t hungry!

    Cheers,
    Miche :)

    • Hi Miche, you’re welcome, it’s my pleasure! I just recently found your blog and I love reading it!

I look forward to your post on eating when we’re not hungry. I’ve been trying to eat a raw vegan diet combined with eating what’s local (from our garden) and in season. It’s really interesting, I’ve lost just about all the extra weight I was carrying, effortlessly and felt heaps better of course, lots of energy. It was really interesting seeing what came up in the way of cravings and wanting to eat when I wasn’t really hungry. I have actually learned to enjoy feeling hungry, or I might put it more accurately by saying, not always feeling full. I think that most of us in Western countries, where food is really easy to come by, think that we have to feel full all the time. We mistakenly think that if we don’t feel full we are hungry and need to eat.
